SpartanYard is built by Zona Vibes — a small, independent shop in Mesa, AZ that builds software for service work. The company underneath SpartanYard is aligned to grow with our operators. Your win is our win and we've built our company around it.

We started this because every landscaping platform out there had the same shape. There was a cheap entry tier that didn't do much — looked affordable on the pricing page, fell apart the moment you tried to run a real route on it. Then there was the real tier — autopay, recurring billing, decent reporting, the stuff you actually need to run things efficiently — gated behind per-seat fees, plan upgrades, and renewal pressure that climbed with you. The struggle of running a landscaping business was baked right into the pricing model of every service we looked at.

So we built SpartanYard the other way around: free for you to use, every feature on every account from day one, no tiers, no per-seat, no “contact sales.” We earn a flat $4.95 fee on invoices paid through the system — not on gatekeeping the features you need to do your job. The same shop builds FieldSpartan, the offline-first mobile app landscapers run on the truck.
